The Maximum Playing Handicap for Men is 24 and Maximum Playing Handicap for ladies is 36.
All players will be required to produce a handicap based on the World Handicap System. If any player does not possess a WHS handicap, then the player will be ineligible for prizes.
As a result of the new WHS handicap system and the new tee markers , the following rules will now apply:
(a) Until further notice, the men will use tee marker 55 for the Thursday Tournament.
(b) Male Golfers aged 70 years or over have the option of playing off the 49 tee markers with an adjusted hcp using the WHS. The golf club will calculate the adjusted hcp for calculating the stableford points at the conclusion of the round. Golfers who select this option have to let the organiser (David Jenkins) know they plan to play off tee-49. If they fail to do so, then they have to play off the 55 tee markers
(c) The Ladies will play off tee markers 46.
